Board of Directors
The Orangeburg County Disabilities and Special Needs Board (OCDSNB) is governed by an 11-member Board of Directors. Board members serve on a volunteer basis, with no compensation. Members are nominated by the Orangeburg County Council, and approved by the Governor.
The Board of Directors employs the Executive Director, who is responsible for the financial oversight, as well as the day-to-day operations and management of the agency’s 300 employees. The Board of Directors meets every other month on the second Thursday at 5:15 PM at the Administrative Office located at 2785 Magnolia Street, NE Orangeburg, SC 29118
